P&O Nedlloyd is one of the three largest container carriers in the world, providing services to about 120 countries worldwide.

Need: Build a Global Operational Planning and Control System (ATLAS). ATLAS, when completed, will be deployed worldwide in 50 or more countries with 1000+ users who will be able to access and track information about a shipment from anywhere in the world.
Solution:

TechOne analyzed and designed Global Shipment Planning & Tracking, Regional Land Based Operations Planning, Terminal Management, Transportation Planning (Rail, Truck, Barges, Feeders), Consolidation and LCL Management, Fleet Management, EDI Integration (Premenos), Communication Management, and Security Management.
