I first encountered Regi, when I was working on the Cloud team – he was a huge help with mapping out and designing the full (request to fulfillment to support) workflow for a number of new Cloud offerings (e.g. Virtual Appliances, Load Balancing as a Service, and a few others) that we trying to go live with – the work he did was seminal in helping us launch those Cloud capabilities.
